The offer only applies to new merchant accounts that purchase or lease a Clover Flex, Clover Mini or Clover Station Duo. The offer is applied as a one-time rebate and credited to the merchant account in the amount of $175 for Clover Flex, $175 for Clover Mini and $450 for Clover Station Duo. Limit of one rebate per business relationship for a combined maximum amount of $450. Clover accounts are subject to approval, including credit approval. Selecting a Clover point-of-sale credit card processing device does not convey or guarantee approval. Clover devices are only shipped after the application is approved.
